Billz provides a browser-based invoice generation tool. Billz does not process payments, provide legal, accounting, or tax advice, or intentionally store the invoice information you create as part of the core local browser workflow. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you enter.

You agree to use Billz only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your invoices, quotes, receipts, credit notes, and related documents comply with applicable laws, local tax requirements, invoicing rules, and any contractual obligations you have with your clients.

Billz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billz, its operator, and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including financial losses, tax penalties, missed payments, invoice errors, loss of data, or business interruption resulting from your use of the site, the generated documents, or your reliance on the templates.
You use this tool at your own risk.
5. Intellectual Property
The software, code, design, branding, and template system of Billz are the property of Billz.site or its licensors. You may use invoices and other documents generated through Billz for your own personal or business use, but you may not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software or the templates themselves as a competing product or service without permission.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Billz after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
